Returns policy

I completely understand if you change your mind, if you would like to return your original artwork within 14 days from your delivery date, please contact me. A refund will be processed on receipt of the canvas. You will need to arrange to return the artwork at your cost and the artwork must be fully insured in transit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Commissions and sale items are non refundable unless damaged. A replacement will be sent to you if you receive a damaged item.

Cancellation of Order..

Under Consumer Contracts Regulations you do not have a right to cancel an order for commissioned original artwork because they are made to order. However, if you notify me in writing within 24 hours I will do our utmost to cancel your order as a goodwill gesture.
